1. Sr. Technical support executives (Windows)
   Ideal part of profile is to manage and monitor the Web, email, database & application server which is done remotely from the office location itself, also a customer whose site is hosted or whose server is hosted at our end calls up for the problems related to reasons like mailing, website & database. General queries pertaining to forwarding of mails, resetting the passwords, need of FTP controls or changes in DNS entries etc are to be resolved.
   
   Position: Mumbai
   Experience: 6 months and above
   
   Additional: Knowledge related to administration of Windows 2000 / 2003 server (Preferably MCP/MCSE). Knowledge on Exchange Server or other mail servers will be advantage. Good Communication skills required.

2. Business Development Executive
   Ideal part of the profile is to generate business from domestic as well as international clients. The profile includes selling web presence and online solutions to the existing as well as new customers. Understanding the customer requirement and suggesting a best solution to the customer.
   
   Position: Mumbai
   Experience: 6 months and above
   
   Additional: Knowledge related to online solutions like web server, Software and other hardware details is must. Good communication skills and fluent English speaking is required.
